e2e.net is a fully supported service for all users.

The training and support services provided by e2e.net are designed to ensure that users have a level of proficiency that is sufficient to realise the value e2e.net delivers, or that users have access to assistance aimed at increasing their level of proficiency.

Employer, student and on campus users can access telephone and email support from 8am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Support services are delivered from our brand new state of the art facilities at the Brisbane Technology Park, Queensland. This facility provides e2e.net with access to cutting edge resources and infrastructure.

Onsite support packages are available and will be designed around the specific requirements of users.

Institute owners who prefer to have the e2e.net online resources supported by a level of on-campus delivery should contact e2e.net. We have experienced Consultants that are available for a day, a week or a month, depending on your needs to work directly with your students and graduates. This personalised assistance combined with online access to resources will ensure your students are adequately prepared for the transition from education to employment.
